  • Do you accept insurance?
    We understand that financial considerations are an important part of your decision to seek therapy. To make our services more accessible, we accept a variety of insurance plans. Accepted Insurance Plans We are currently in-network with the following insurance providers: Blue Cross Blue Shield TX United Health Care of Texas/Optum How It Works Verification: Before your first session, we will verify your insurance benefits to provide an estimate of your coverage and any out-of-pocket costs. Co-Payments and Deductibles: Co-payments, deductibles, and any fees not covered by your insurance are due at the time of your session. Claims: We handle the billing and claims process directly with your insurance provider. Out-of-Network Coverage If we are not in-network with your insurance provider, you may still be able to receive reimbursement for our services. We can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance company. No Insurance? No Problem! For clients without insurance or those who prefer to pay out-of-pocket, we offer competitive rates and flexible payment options. Please contact us to discuss our fee structure.   • How do I get started?
    To begin your therapy journey, you can schedule a free 15-minute consultation with me. During this time, we can discuss your needs and see if we're a good fit for working together. If you decide to move forward with scheduling a therapy session, I'll send you the necessary intake paperwork and consent forms to complete before our first session. Please note that a consultation is not required to book a therapy appointment—you are welcome to schedule a session directly if you prefer. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or need assistance with the scheduling process. I'm here to help!
  • Do you offer in-person or online sessions?
    I offer both in-person and online therapy appointments to accommodate your preferences and needs. Whether you prefer to meet face-to-face or connect from the comfort of your own home, I'm here to support you on your journey.
  • How does online therapy work?
    Online therapy, also known as telehealth, offers a convenient way to access services from the comfort of your preferred location. We use a HIPAA-compliant version of Zoom to ensure your privacy and security. Here's how it works: Secure Link: A secure link will be emailed to you or can be accessed through your client portal. Comfortable Space: Find a private, comfortable location where you can relax for our 50-minute session. Join the Session: Click the link to join and meet with me. Please remember to avoid driving during our session due to safety concerns. If you are driving at the time of our appointment, we will need to reschedule, and you may incur a late cancellation fee.
